Katie graduated from Northwest Christian High School in 2002. After graduation she went to Seattle Pacific University and in 2006 graduated with degrees in English and Public Relations. She married Eric Britt and the two of them moved to Los Angeles. Currently, they reside in Franklin, TN and have three children. Katie owns and operates two ice cream shops, eached named Sweethaven. Established in 2020, Sweethaven offers a wide variety of cold treats. There are two locations, the original location is in the Westhaven community and their newest location located in downtown Franklin, TN. Check out Sweethaven’s website here.
